30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as Non-Returnable
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are missing original tags
How to Start a Return
Before returning your order, please contact our Customer Support team with:
- Your Order Number
- Your Full Name
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Late or Missing Refunds
